We have set price ranges for various services, and we do the estimate in order to finalize the best price for the services to be provided. We look at factors such as the size of the space, the number of rooms, the specified requests (if any), and the amount of time the services would take to be completed. Once we receive the approximate size, number of rooms, and requests, we will put the estimate together on paper and provide a physical copy. We can provide a digital copy via email as well. We are transparent, and it would be our pleasure to discuss the estimate with you if you have questions.

- Up to 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom: 3 Hours
- 2 to 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms: 4 Hours
- 3 to 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms: 5 Hours
- 4 to 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms: 6 Hours
- 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms: 7 Hours
Deep Cleanings Can Take Time Based on Size & Condition Level
- 1 Bed, 1 Bath: 4 Hours
- 2 Beds, 2 Baths: 5 Hours
- 3 Beds, 2 to 3 Baths: 6 Hours
- 4 Beds, 3 to 4 Baths: 7 Hours
- 5 Beds, 4 to 5 Baths: 8 Hours
- Larger Homes or Conditions Requiring Extra Time: 9 to 10 Hours
- Deep Cleaning can sometimes take multiple days to complete, so a daily rate would be given in that circumstance
Offices can be cleaned monthly or more often which significantly affects timing

- 2,500 to 3,000 Square Feet: 3-4 Hours
- 3,500 to 4,000 Square Feet: 4-5 Hours
- 4,500 to 5,000 Square Feet: 5-6 Hours
- 5,000 to 8,000 Square Feet: 6-8 Hours
- There are different levels of office cleaning such as nightly wiping down surfaces and taking out trash or weekly cleaning all floors, bathrooms, furniture etc.
